How long does it take to set up izoor?
We know that time is money. izoor is quick and easy to set up, and our support team will walk you through the whole process to make it as painless as possible.
What hardware is izoor compatible with?
izoor integrates with almost all relevant hardware: cash drawers, receipt printers, data-card and ticket printers, barcode scanners, RFID readers, webcams and more. If there is a device we don't support yet, we will do our best to integrate it before you go live.
Which operating systems and browsers are supported?
Any platform: iOS, Android, Windows, Linux and macOS, and all modern browsers.
Do I need a separate web store to sell online?
No. izoor supports multiple sales channels: the ticket counter, kiosks, a responsive online store, group sales by phone or online, resellers and third-party distributors.
Do you offer training and support?
Yes. Our team trains your staff and provides after-sales support, with an engineer always available online.
